REPOSITORY OF NUCLEAR AND PRE-MULTIPLICATION STOCKS

CAV’s facilities cover some 4,700 square meters and include screen-houses, cold stores and a temperature-controlled greenhouse for repository and pre-multiplication material for subsequent certified propagation.

THERMOTHERAPY AND MICROPROPAGATION

CAV is equipped with thermotherapy facilities for plant sanitary status restoration by pathogens and subsequent multiplication by micropropagation.

INSPECTION AND SAMPLING

This service covers mother plants in field and in nurseries certified under current national ministerial directives and compulsory pest and disease control measures.

BASE-PLANT PRODUCTION

CAV produces base material for its associated partners and national and international trade customers.
